See, I know Mary Risley and have had the distinct pleasure of taking one of her classes at her cooking school in San Francisco; “How to Teach a Cooking Class”. What I learned from her has been invaluable to my success as a culinary instructor. And the recipes I took from that class years ago I still use. They are that good!
