Beth Pav has been serving as a personal chef for Hill Country residents for over fifteen years. She is renowned for preparing healthy, delicious meals based on your heart’s desire and dietary needs.

How It Works

Initial Consultation
a. Fill out food for thought questionnaire.
b. Meet to go over you and your family’s culinary needs.
c. Run through the process in detail.
d. Schedule your personal cooking day & time; Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Weekly Menu Plan
a. A customized menu is sent to you each week for your review and approval.
b. You choose 3–4 dinner meals along w/ a fresh salad and fruits.
c. Menus are based on you and your family’s dietary needs, seasonality and    finding the freshest ingredients possible.
Cooking Day (or your 1st cooking day off)
a. All shopping is done at your favorite market.
b. Arrive at your home.
c. Prep and cook your meals.
d. Clean-up; until your kitchen sparkles.

How many meals do I get in a week?
The plan includes 3–4 dinner meals for a family of 4–6. Basic meal formula includes a protein, starch and vegetable. Any dietary restrictions or allergies are always factored in and discussed at the initial consultation.

How much does it cost?
This varies depending on size of family, food receipts and travel time. An hourly rate is charged with a minimum amount of service hours.

What is included in service hours?

In-home cooking vs delivery service?
In-home cooking service. All shopping, cooking
and delivery services are done on the same day. Cooking by Design also can coordinate deliver service based on clients schedule and request.
